Welcome to Shooting-the-Breeze.com
A site for airgunners that like to talk about it, as much as they like to do it...
Here we hope you will find up to date information, news and reviews, and as much info as we can pack in about competition airgun shooting in the UK and indeed, around the world. As well as information and results, we'll be posting regular articles and reviews about aspects of the sports that we find interesting. Organisations and clubs are welcomed to add info and events to the calender, and there are facilities for members such as a discussion forum and galleries etc.
On the left you'll find links to the forum and your control panel, and the search facility. On the right you'll find the calender, which links to a thread in the forum specific to each event. Below you'll find the news headlines, articles, polls and recent active threads from the forum.
If you have any feedback, please let us know by clicking here.
Thanks for visiting Shooting-the-Breeze.com

Maldon And District
Countryman Fairs Wed Eve Shoot 19

We started without a breath of wind, which was eerie for MAD, then it got darker in the space of about 5mins, then the wind started and the heavens opened. Back in clubhut for a chat.
Four people managed to post a score of 60 with handicaps applied and due to the weather Roger checked the cards and sorted the winner out on countback.
| Rank | Name | Score | Handicap | Total |
|---|
| 1 | Tim Bohr | 58 | 5 | 60 | | 2 | Steve Griggs | 57 | 3 | 60 | | 3 | Geoff Ryder | 58 | 5 | 60 | | 4 | Jean Greatrex | 52 | 8 | 60 | |
