Default Webley Mk 3 - Age?

I have just aquired a Webley mark 3.
Having done a few hours trawling tinternet, I have learned it's not so easy to work out the age of these as they were made for so many years.
It is SN A6494, it has the newer square loading port lever, it has the Webley disc set in the stock.
It's .22 and has a scope rail. And it has no fluting on the stock.
Anyone know it's age and it's approximate value?

Any help would be gratefully received.
