Exclamation Issues with AA Warrenty work

Has anyone had issues with time taken to get AA Warrenty work done

As seems it can take weeks for it to go through Dealer / Distributor and back to customers

If yes has anyone contacted Air Arms and got a good response ?

Good luck with this mate,

I had issues with them with a couple of 2 new EV2s last year which was eventually solved with a replacement but I had to prove to them it was faulty. Not the best in my opinion. (service not product).

Took a couple of weeks initially but eventually after many phone calls I spoke to the gaffer and it was all sorted.
