I was in Guadalajara in November last year for 3 weeks was working close to ITESO and the University just of MEX54 (Sin Nombre is the area I think). I loved the older part of Guadalajara very interesting and my company I was working with took us to some great places to eat proper Mexican food.

May have a chance to go back there again next year.
