Default BFTA Grand Prix 2

It was a little damp...

I found this laying around in the bushes...

The gloss laminate stands out well in the rain...

Still smilin'

A well balanced individual, spending all day getting soaking wet...

It's just a bit of rain Andy!

Any worse and the wetsuit is coming out...

Kneel, and pray

This would be blinding in the sun... luckily there was none...

Here it comes again...

Aqua... how very apt.

The driest spot in the house.

Ian does a line

There was a little bit of sunshine now and then...

Soggy but happy

The gentle touch

Mitch loving it

A crystal sidewheel doesn't tell you where to aim

Wet windy's tell you very little

Rich digs in for Team Walther

Novel bean bag inflation system

Andy's score just fell apart, literally

Piston in spring

It all went down hill for me from here... lane 22, my first target. Dink.

Mucky pup

John's quietly off to a strong start this season.

Cracking set of pics Rob, just a pity there is now way of showing just how much wind there was in the field!

As for the rain, I was sooooo tempted to burst into my rendition on ELO's Mr Blue Sky as I sat down into a pool of cold water that i once was pleased to call my shooting cushion!

A great day though with great company (hope your back's better Dave!) And see you all again soon!

I'd just like to say well done to everyone who turned up and braved the awful conditions.
We'd got nearly as wet on Saturday putting the targets out, so it was good to see 99% of the shooters persevere and complete the course.
I hope everyone had a safe journey home and that your kit is gradually drying out.

Default Cracking Pics again.

Some great shots there mate,
I just had a flashback to !!!!!!
" frozen fingers, soaked to the skin, unable to see through scope, wind blowing me over (whilst sitting), water in pellets, what a day!!!.
But still had a great time and thanks to my shooting partners a good laugh aswell.

See you soon,
