Default EV2 and Regs!

Quote - "Ev2

Big Dave,

Been dry firing at every lane for about a year now. Doesn't seem to be getting any worse (touch wood, cross fingers, and all that). Otherwise gun seems to shoot OK.

Big Dave's problem appeared to be a leaking reg on an EV2 and I responded with the above quote.....

Well it finally came to bite me big time. Reg went down in Oct last year, returned to AA desperately wanting a quick turn around for the next weekend's Comp. They said that they couldn't guarantee the job in such a short time as it should have 3 day soak test. Anyway they were great. I said that's OK, forget the soak test and my wife (fantistic!) will collect it when the gun is ready (without soak test) on the Friday.

Scores improved straight way and then yesterday, the dreaded low shots again - on the chrono - 650 fps, then 740 then 765. Bu**er!

Just wanted to release some frustration!!!

Thanks. It is now on its way to someone who can help. Hopefully safe and sound.
