Default Pricing help please

I've been asked to sell a few items by a friend but could do with a little help in pricing, I've had a look about and have a rough idea but would appreciate some second opinions
First up are two Daystate Mk4s in blue laminate GP stocks...I figured standard Mk4s are around 650-700, with the GP stocks maybe worth 800-850??
Next is an Aim-X pistol, the original full length one in .177 I believe....Looking around they seem to be 175-190, does that sound about right??
And last of all a Weihrauch HW45 in .22, this is approx 20yrs old and is the nickel finish model...I'd guess at 125-140?
