Default Leuplod 40x45 competition

I have the above scope, and the parallax has been adjusted so that it will only range find to about 60 yards ( I think it may have been done by turning the front lens ). Can anyone explain how to adjust it back to standard. I find that it is very slow to parallax, unlike my other 40 comp, that snaps into focus, Thanks Peter.

Slacken the outer locking ring on the front lens, you may need a rubber gorrila grip, by turning anti clock wise. Turn the inner ring out, anti clock wise, to focus at 10 yards. Carefully retighten the locking ring.
If you need to parallax closer use a Leupold close focus lens.
Less is more.

More or less.
