Default CSFTA Winter League Round 1

We're all on the ferry home but here are the provisional scores from todays shoot whilst I can get 3g connection. Well done to Steve Privett on dropping just 2 shots

I'll **** team scores up later but Bucc's C came first, Bisley 7A 2nd and Bucc's B 3rd

Thanks to Carisbrooke for setting an excellent and challenging course.

One correction made to scores but let me know if any others are incorrect. Holly is show in last place purely because he's shooting in 'open' which doesn't count towards Gary Wells or the Inters qualifications.

I hope all that shot today enjoyed the challenges of the course and wind. By the sounds of what people said one of our best courses we have put out.

I would like to thank all from the Carisbrooke crew for putting out the course and all those who made the journey over.

Roll on 2 weeks to Southampton Buccaneers.

thanks to Stuart Nelson for making it very enjoyable to take part in my 1st FT shoot for 9 years. I have only shot 1 previously.

Thanks to the rest of the IOW crew, the guys who helped set up but didn't shoot, Andy Toms for Marshalling,
Holly for quietly advising , Melv for loaning me his grandsons outfit for a couple of weeks and for the shoot and Andy for answering many questions whilst he sorted the course.

Really enjoyed it and hope to shoot many more Winter League.

Al
