I bought the ultimate so it came with a rod and balance weights that attached to the bottom of the hook, they caught on my moobs so I drilled the weights out same size as the bar that attaches the hook to the stock and put them on there instead.
I then got some super heavy duty double sided tape and stuck a strip of textured rubber mat to the face of it , (the stuffs that about 2mm thick and has a saw type profile on it ) , surprisingly enough it is REEAAAlly grippy.
You can add a washer either top or bottom of the rods that connect to the hook to give a bit of cant if you want
