Default Furnace Mill 90 Target Endurance 1/10/16

Furnace Mill 90 Target Endurance results 1/10/16

Thank you to everyone that turned up and took part today despite the weather forecast being really poor. Luckily it wasn’t as bad as predicted and although we got a little wet on the outside no ones spirits got too damp.

As always it was a pleasure to have you all here and we hope that you enjoyed the event as much as we enjoyed your company and hosting the event.

Thank you to everyone that helped with strings and booking in, especially Bill, Kev, Mitch and Blake for coming up yesterday and putting the strings out on two of the three courses so that it wasn’t such a rush this morning.

Well-done to Dan for taking first place on the Breakneck Bank course with a 56
Then on to the Furnace coppice course and congratulations to James for his top score, a very impressive 59 and then finally moving on to the third and final course of the day, the Enchanted Wood Course where yours truly, Ed, took first place with 57 shame that I only had time to shoot one course but I really enjoyed it.

Well done to Dan very nice shooting there mate.
Cheers to the all the folks who got this great comp off the ground, really enjoyed the day.
Also cheers to Ed for the banter & the entertainment on course 3. & to Jane thank you for not giving me that nasty black pudding ! with my nice fry up ,wicked cake too.
I have to say a small thanks to Kev C for drawing the very short straw to be my shooting partner plus for trying to bump off the road a few times on the way .
