It will be SFT for me. I've only done 2 HFT comps & have a lot to learn.

With only knock downs scoring I am expecting single figure scores and low ones at that!

Looking forward to it though & who knows, with the aid of the ever helpful experienced lads I might even get to lower mid table within a couple of years.

Not sure if Ponty have a FT course out at the moment?....you're always welcome to pop over to Emley for a dabble and a brew. If you let me know when you're coming i'll go round the course with you.

When I shot an SFT series over in the NW, it was many years ago but I am sure I shot it the same as HFT, Can the NEFTA SFT be shot just like a longer range HFT course? Eg everything prone except the disciplines. Are pegs used?

To my knowledge Simon there's only gates/lanes so no pegs. You can shoot prone off the elbows though.

From myself - looking in how much Ive got to learn - shooting from elbows will be to hard so Im giving up.
But, I found great option - will join NWFTA Gauntlet if They not kick me of..
Be nice if can find company for car share..
