Thanks to Chris, trev and the rest of the gang for a great day, by the way was that the same lanky that spent more time picking up more prizes than everyone else, once again thanks for a great day and glad you raised such a large amount for such a good charity, but it has raised the bar for next year.

Glad you guys enjoyed yourself, it's great to see families shooting.

The barbie was fun to man too, Chris and I managed to cope well without our usual resident BBQ expert Chris Guy (who sadly missed the shoot due to having a back op).... just.

I'm blaming the smoke blinding me for my terrible performance on the sillies... that and I'm pants at standing.

Loved it, thanks to Chris C and all that organised it and those that put the work in to make it happen, also thanks to Dave (Rammy) for his support throughout what was a bad performance by me ( I have shot before honest).

Also thanks to Chris Pantling and Dave and Shirley Brayford for the encouragement.

Ian

Great day all round and it is fast becoming a 'must do' event.

The sillys is quite an event, as now is the raffle.......... I think I got my monies worth and a bit more, but a special thanks to Chris for the prizes which helped raise a fantastic amount for the Hospice that cared for the late Ian Houghton.

Anyone that knows me probably realises that I have a bit of a thing about any cancer related charities for family reasons (like a lot of us), and I cannot praise the Emley team enough for doing this. Well done.

Well done James Mac on his deserved win, he takes some beating, but we will have another go next year...... and all the other top scores of course, and it was especially good to see ladies and younger shooters getting involved and enjoying themselves.

Thank you to all those that helped to get the event ready, special mention to Chris Cundey for a stonking raffle, speaking of raffle great to see the Pantling's winning nearly all the raffle, I didn't get a sniff

Lanky
