Nope - it's already sorted and clearly defined for the Worlds

No, just curious if the same rules apply over here that's all. Will speak to you on Sunday.

Bean Bags... when you fill your bag with beans make sure it will fit into a 55cm x 55cm x 15cm box so that the lid will close. If it doesn't you've put too many beans in it.

Will they have this sample box for us to use?

Yeah probably. It's not something to worry too much about, I just thought I'd mention it so that before you go you can measure your bag to see if it's likely to fit.

So take your bag with it filled to it's normal size and measure it to see if it'll fit inside a 55 x 55 x 15 box. If it will, when you get over there just refill your bag to the level you normally fill it and you'll be fine.

The large Kilty bags should be ok

It's well weird how one position can cause so much grief and induce so many "man problems", the sooner the roll and mat are in the better I reckon.

I never thought I would agree on that, but it is the case.

Default Kneeling Roll

I don't agree, nothing wrong with the present rule using your bean bag, as long as it's used correctly.
Don't like the kneeling roll myself, to much pressure on my ankle, so I won't be using one in Portugal, as long as there's a mat for me kneel on.
