Well done Colin. Although it didn't look as hot as it felt. Perhaps you could fiddle with the exposure next time, to reflect the sheer strength sapping hot-ness of it all!? ;0)

That was probably the worst heat and humidity I've ever experienced for shooting.
If I ever get in that position again I will simply pour a full bottle of water down/in my jacket and hope for the best.
Unfortunately that didn't occur to me until after I'd finished shooting...

I think Swifty Sue tried that in the afternoon, not sure it worked.

The AM session had the most even light, but it was like shooting in a pressure cooker. The PM had a little more breeze, but with the sun out fully it was just outright hot.

Mind, great practice for Portugal, which should make East Devon look / feel like a cold day in Eastbourne.
