Default Bisley Adjustable Scope Mounts

I know the Sportsmatch ATP61 are well regarded, and have heard of the FX No-Limits adjustable scope mounts, and now have found the Bisley 30mm Adjustable Extra High Mounts, which to all intents and purposes is the same as Sportsmatch ATP61.
Question is seeing as the cost for the Bisley mounts are 20 less than Sportsmatch APT61's at 41 are they as good and or close enough.
I am always one for the bargain....

Not sure.... but there is this statement on Sportsmatch's site... not that i'm infering/implying that is the case.
