Don't think its as simple as that. I have a Mk1 EV2 like Holly. I reckon the sears have probably worn, or something aint quite as good as it should be.

I have my trigger st up as good as its gonnae get. I have a first stage and a relativlly crisp 2nd (could be better - my comparison is tio my s400 trigger which was all polished and copper crimped washers etc, that snapped like glass). But to get that I had to increase the trigger weight. Bringing the weight down, would result in loss of 1st stage, but would say as a single stage it was crisper.

Having tried several other match rifles I do reckon the EV2 Mk1 (at its now age anyway) is way down the list of good triggers.

Default Untill

Until i can get a new set of sears ( dear ) i have just turned it into a very light single stage trigger . you can touch it ( just ) but the very slightest movement and it is gone . not ideal i know but there is no reaction to pulling the trigger whatsoever . no pulling the shot off . all right it is not good for the nerves but it does work ??? HOLLY

PS i think it is 21 for the bottom sear and 45 for the top one . so we have to perservere for a bit with the rig as is .
