Default HW100 Hamster attachment

Please forgive my ignorance, but is there any reason why the rear (i.e. nearest the trigger) stock bolt on my HW100 Laminate Adjustable couldn't be used to affix a small hamster?

Obviously I'd need to make/adapt a hamster and replace the existing bolt with a longer one, but is there any reason why it would be a bad idea? Too much stress on a single bolt, perhaps?

I'm aware that Rowan Engineering do a hamster for the HW100 and that this is fixed by drilling two holes in the stock and then attached with two bolts, so I wonder if this is the minimum needed...

Thanks in advance!

If you give Rowan a call I'm pretty sure you can use the single post daystate hamster , they just supply it with a different length bolt.
