Default Great Day at Buckley Wood Club today - thanks all

Just wanted to say thanks for the fantastic day at your 80 shot Open today.

Course was great, especially minding the weather leading up to the shoot, must have been grim painting and setting in torrential rain and sleet - but the weather gods shone down on you today and had perfect shooting weather in a beautiful setting, with just enough breeze in places to make it interesting!

Sean thanks for your company today, and good luck setting up your FT rig MPR for next time.

It was my first trip to Buckley and will definitely be back - really nice bunch - and girls thanks for the bacon sandwiches they were just the job!

Kr john

Have PM'd Custom paint with my address in case I get lucky in the draw!
Kind Regards

I'm glad you both enjoyed the day. Was worth the effort from the club members and myself of setting it all up to see everyone enjoying themselves. Special thanks goes out to John Martin for helping through the horrid weather yesterday to sort the final preparations for the day! And the mother and Mrs for the great job they did in the kitchen!

We are hoping to make it an annual event with the possibility of a mid summer shoot as requested by the Welsh lads.

Sorry I can't upload scores tonight as being a numpty I left the sheet up the club so I will collect it later in the week!

Once again thank you for the support and turn out of the event!

Really good fun today, well worth the trip. Good company with Jack as a partner and good entertainment to boot. Ros's shack's grub icing on the cream cake...

Will be on the list for next year

The lemon drizzle cake had three layers, you hear that Simon THREE LAYERS.

John, if you send me the results I'll get them on the SWEFTA web site.

I can tell you that Jack won AA and I won HFT Springer...... mind, I think he had a bit more competition than me.

Excellent shoot and a lots of fun, thank you John's, thank you Megan and Ann.

And, yet another Mendip returnee.
