Talking Evening all

Hello all

I'm Jon. I'm a complete newbie to the site and HFT. Never really know what to write on forums.

I use to do a fair bit of shooting years ago when I was in the cadets and won a few competition with them. I have decided to get back into shooting and really liked the sound of HFT. So I looked up my local club sent them a message and went to visit. They were really welcoming and full of advice. I have been a few times now to use the range and I'm already hooked I have not had the time to go round the HFT course yet but can't wait to give it a go.

I am looking at getting an Air Arms S400 Classic .177 with a hawke panorama 3-9x40 scope. Am I on the right lines or should I be looking at something else. My budget is around 600 for rifle and scope. I have tried the carbine version really liked it but I think the classic has a better shot count.

Thanks for reading

Hello Jon, welcome to the forum.
AA 400 is an accurate rifle and we'll proven.
Can't comment on the scope, but I'm sure someone will be along who can
