Default Pro target too sear

Hi guys I have a air arms pro target 18 months ago I had the top sear changed last night it went again the rifle has not been used that much but is there anything that can cause this improper use or is it a normal thing on the pro target

They do have a rep for failing; unfortunately I'm not sufficiently acquainted with the system to suggest how one might prolong their life..

Should have changed both top and bottom.
Same as FTP seen 3 so far worn less than 3 months old.
