I wouldn't say that Peter, it's a bit early to make a full call but you, Paul, Mark, Anthony and Gary are all in with a good chance but you'll need to all finish on 70-75% for the next 3.

I only do this thread to help and encourage the lower grades as they are indeed the future of the sport and don't get much coverage really. It's going to be a tough old battle in both C and B grade but that's what we like innit, I'm still gutted about missing out on a place by 1 target last year!

Having shot with Mark Rogers at Quary I would say he is a real threat, OK he was using Andy's EV2 but had only just fitted his scope etc and shot very well. It will be interesting to see if he can get his own EV2 on song. Like myself though Mark can't afford a sub 75% between now and the end.
It's gonna be an interesting afternoon at Anston.

Mark has come on no end in a very short time, I'd stick with Andy's gun and pump you all

Top bloke as well really enjoyed shooting with him. I will almost feel sorry leaving the NEFTA boys behind at Anston taking the trophy back to the MFTA

Looking at the stats from all the GP's, on average to win you have to get mid-table on the grade above, last year in C Grade you had to be scoring A Grade scores to even get in the top 3, tough year. I remember scoring something like 35 only to find you needed 41 to stand a chance in the top 3.

These are the winning % from last year: 85.4/76.6 5/80.0/66.7/79.2

Finding 5-10 targets is hard tho, same for us in B but it always seems to be the way Peter. That said C Grade is a lot closer to the "real" grade this year so I reckon you still stand a chance.
