Default Misfits First Shoot - Results

Misfit inaugural shoot was extremely well supported. The rain we had didn’t spoil the shoot, although the wind caused havoc for most of us. Thank you to everyone who came, I know a lot of you travelled a fair few miles, we really appreciate it.

Thank you to all who helped set and put away the course. A lot of hard work had gone into setting the course yesterday and there was quite a lot of aching joints as a result.

Thank you to all the marshals today, thankfully not too many trips up the hills to check targets!

Thank you to the burger wagon for keeping us well fed and watered all day.

Thank you to Hensman Shooting Supplies for providing the raffle prizes (sorry I forgot to record who won what!).

Bonus Bunny winners:-
£30 - Perry Broad
£30 – Ross O’Brien
£20 – Simon Howarth
£5 – Andy Dickson

Congratulations to all the class winners, and Steve Handby with the highest score of the day with a 56.
All scores are done on countback.

Default Thanks

Thanks Rattus,
Jessica's Mum said she had a great time...she might even have a try!! Well done.

Thanks to JEAN again for really looking after Jessica, she loved the day and is still bouncing around with her medal. She is going to be getting driven all over the country by the sounds of her plans....the calendar is already filling up.

Well done Jessica on winning your first medal and persuading Mum and Dad to bring you to many more comps. Hopefully, they will get their guns out and join in too!! Hope your calendar looks like mine - full of shoots!!
It was a pleasure to shoot with you again. You don't need much looking after as you have got it sorted!!
Thanks to Katie for doing our scoring, it's great not having to worry about it. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Thanks too, to Karl. A pleasure to shoot with you again and the banter was great. Even having to hear Nigel's repetitive stock of jokes!!! Never mind, the mickey taking was great!!!

Thank you to everyone that turned up. The positive comments, banter was great to hear. It is rather a nice place we have found, plenty more of it to explore for further shoots

Pat on the back for the Misfits, Stirling work, to make the day happen

Apologies to the Misfits. We got as far as Doncaster on the A1 and then was in standing traffic. The GPS said we'd miss the start so we turned around and went home
