Default have a read of the updated BFTA manual

The updated manual is a good read it was re written by Maestro on here - Andras did a good job and the pics help a lot.
The rest is your finding your natural point of aim, building the platform and repeat again and again and again - then all you have to worry about is breathing, trigger control, the effect of wind on your body etc.
