Default FT shooters adjusting Buttpads?

Once you have your buttpads/hooks etc set up for your standard sitting position ( I'm presuming that's the position you use most so that's what you use to set it up ) ...

... how many of you then adjust it around a course, for example, for kneelers or standers or elevated shots?

Or once set up, do you just leave it?

I'm looking at new buttpad/hook options, including ones I have, and taking into account ease of adjustment around a course etc.

( Sorry ... just realised that this may have been better in the other section. Could a MOD please move if that's the case. Thanks ).

I move it every time the natural point of aim isn't where I want it.

Cheers guys.

I thought it would make sense to move it if it's easily adjustabe around the course.
