Default HW99S Barrel length

Hi Folks,

A few weeks ago a bought a new .22 Weihrauch HW99S from SFS in West Bromwich. I'm very pleased with it, and the service at SFS was good too.

But I have a general question about the gun itself which I'm hoping some of the HW experts may be able to help with:

The Hull Cartridge pdf I have has the barrel length listed at 410 mm

I have measured mine from breach to the end of the barrel at around 395 mm

My maths skills tell me that around 15mm / 1 inch less than advertised.

I have the newest version of the HW99S with the Minelli checkered stock, does anyone know if these are shorter? The picture of the HW99S in the pdf shows the old version without the new Minelli stock,

Any ideas?
