Smile Sightron side wheel size

Looking for some advice I am going to buy a sightron 10/50 x60 scope and was wondering if the side wheel on my big BSA would fit ( John Harris ) does anyone know the size of the sightron side wheel as I really like my old one I may be able to have an adaptor ring made I know john is busy at the moment and donot want to trouble him many thanks pete
