Default Impressive shooters of 2014

Now that the national season has finished, thought I'd stick a list up of who's opened my eyes in FT (and 10m)... you may have some in HFT and other disciplines as well. Sorry if i've missed anyone. In no particular order...

Dan Rivers, took the Bronze in the Commonwealth 10m, then went on to smash his way to Gold in the 3p.

Simon Ayers, 2nd to none this year in the European Champs at Weston Park.

John Costello, back from NZ, and pushing Simon all the way in the shoot off for the above.

Andy Calpin, strong all last year, back to back Grand Prix series wins, as well as the Masters.

Neil Hague, missed just 9 out of 120 shots yesterday on 1 minute timing with some real testing lanes, and never far away from the top slot all this year.

Yoeri Busse. Practices on a postage stamp 30 miles from home in Belgium, puts a top ten in at the euros with no fuss or bother.

Ian Taylor, returning to winning ways again.

Scott Robinson, taking all his sprout shots standing, and scalping many as well.

Brian Samson. PCP shooter's nightmare in piston pounding form.

Mark Henson and John Sears B, and A grade bandits, performing under pressure yesterday at the showdown.

Shaun Shore and the rest of the stats team for being there at every comp and delivering time after time what we want to know.

Paula Calpin for her game pie.
