It's really nothing to worry about and you should just delete it.

Spammer's search and use ANY kind of forum to spread their links. They are very clever at it and often it's just a script cycling through its path with NO human intervention. Protecting forums from Spammer's is almost a full time job if you have a popular forum. They now have tools to break any version of Capture and programs that understand Questions and Maths problems.

Rob is probably looking at restricting the number of PM's on a new account or setting a post level but I've seen accounts sit on forums for a couple of years before the spammer's activate them and they are almost impossible to spot.
