Thanks to Bill and the guys at Purley for a top course. One of the best I've shot for a while.
Didn't manage to pump the Murph as he beat me by 1 target.

We then went over to the greyhound for a Boinger PCP battle between Me, Nick Murphy,
Dave Harrison, Kev Sayers and Bobby (Old Git) Banks. We all put 1 in the kitty and the winner takes all. I started like a Demon, not missing much until a long sitter which edged me out left. Dave and Kev were evens half way round with Bobby not far behind, Nick missed a few on the trot to make it difficult to win....but it all came down to the last 2 lanes.. And it was between me, Kev and Dave. A 50 yarder shot 3 times...sitting, kneeling and standing, I nailed it sitting and standing, Kev missed all 3 with Dave only hitting 1, which left me winning it by 1.
Final results
Me 31x40
Kev and Dave 30x40
Bobby (Old Git) Banks 29x40
Nick 27x40

Some cracking banter and winding up, and it was sweet taking 1 off all of them.

Second round next Sunday at Far Coley.

Great to have Purley back on the circuit, always a challenge even on a calm day, well done to Bill and the guys.
Thanks for getting those scores up Roy, I can watch the footy now!
