I would like to thank people for their comments re the shoot.

The course was set with a forecast wind of 5 to 10 MPH but we must have had at least twice that. It is not unusual for Turton, as we rarely have no wind. It says a lot for the skill of the shooters that most were able to cope with it. O.K. the scores were maybe a little bit down on what you would have expected but the winner still scored 100% and the rest of the shooters received a pro rata percentage.

This shoot was very important to Rivi as it has been many years since we have been involved in a major FT shoot.
We hope we presented a shoot that would challenge, as well as a new venue for people to enjoy. There was a couple of hic-ups but hopefully they did not detract too much from your enjoyment ( that Trev bloke doesn't know his own strength ).

We would hope to be honoured with further FT shoots when the opportunity presents itself.
