Yup - actually to be fair - I was playing this game the night before that comp and you had your windage chart and between the pair of us we still ended up scratching our head over what the bloody wind was doing

Be warned.. this game might end up being more of a hindrance than a help

You can fix the wind speed for a course now. When you get to the course selection screen there's now an option down the bottom to enter a fixed windspeed. It's not totally fixed, there might be one or two targets that end up taking more or less wind than the others, because that's what was found on the course on the day.

I have had 2 goes on the big course using 5mm groups at 40 and std wind, got a 37 + 38, I am going to leave it there, don't want to confuse my mind with 16x mag!

Brian can you do an Alpha and Brava course with 10x mag!

Just sit 1.6x further away from the screen than you normally would and squint a bit for the long ones

Brian, this program is excellent! Even if you dont make any further changes to it, it is a real achievement.

As a HFT'r, I would like to offer some suggestions.

Hft mode... ie

Add elevation into the mix.
Target sizes at hft ranges, which fit within current ukahft rules.
The ability to 'call' a target that should have gone down! (or perhaps not, lets scrub that last suggestion)

Thanks again!

matt

I have found for hft that if I stare at the targets through the bottom of a pint glass I can get a good simulation of blur.hic.. thats my excuse
