I shot two GP's in 2013 and didn't feel pressurized by the two minute limit. But now I'm paranoid about it.

Would it not be an idea to always use a stop watch? I too felt very slow compared to others in a club shoot, but when a stop watch was put on me I was usually around 1.45s. It made it far less of a pressure situation however with me being able to see the clock. Perhaps at your local winter shoots you could time yourself?
