Default Castle Winter League.

Note to all shooters who shot at Castle Winter League round 1.

Golden Bunny winners:-

Chris Large 25 paid
Pete Moore 15 not collected
John Jenkins 13 not collected.

Could the uncollected money be picked up from myself at Harries round 2.

Pellet pouch found in main car park....make is Jack Pyke, light green in colour, brand new condition.

Any one claiming this can collect from Harriers round 2.

I didn't go to Norway to look at rocks & water youth, I went to shoot.

Superb new format , 40 Birds x shot gun start = 2hrs 15mins , flowed very well including a few minor stoppages.

Super course, good balance of targets

Well done Castle

Talking cracking

Enjoyed it today very much thanks to all envoled, and behind the scenes ,and to the great guy who I shot round with who was trying to settle my nerves. Top bloke, bless him he did not even have time to zero his gun as he was bang on 9 am ,and still did a cracking score

Never shot at Castle before, but I've gotta say what a cracking ground. It's up there in my favourites. A good mix of targets, great company and stunning weather - can't ask for more than that can you.

Don't know how I'm going to cope next Sunday only shooting 30 targets in our winter league

Default Top course

Excellent well balanced course. Top marks Castle for one of the best WL Courses I've shot. Just hope we can return the favour in a few weeks time. Neil.

Top stuff. Can't really add to the comments so far except I'd be happy shooting a course like that every week of the year. Well worth the trip. Thanks to all involved.

A great day and this has got to be my favorite ground. Well done to all those who planned the course and did the hard work.
Weather was perfect, sunny with a challenging but not over the top wind. Good mix of targets to suit everyone.
This just proves that not all targets need be placed between 55yds and 65yds.
Saw lots of silly short misses and brilliant long shots....just perfect.
Lets hope the rest of the Winter League shoots are as good as this
