It was discussed BUT there is currently no rule to stop you pulling the first target up before shooting the second.

I need all the help i can get in trying to figure out where a shot landed, so if the target is relatively unmolested early on i would want to reset it and see where i hit. Assuming it falls over that is. Once a dozen or so folk have shot it it's usually too late for me to tell and i wouldn't gain any info in resetting the target to have a look see.
