Following the double header at Emley there were a couple of concerns about the firing line position & the pegs that were used, as a result we have now tweeked the format slightly........
1) In future all shooting pegs must be wooden & of at least 1.5" Diam or Sq
2) At the peg & for 3ft either side of the peg the firing line must be no further than 1ft forwards of the peg.
We would also like to remind shooters that their trigger finger must always be behind the peg whilst taking a shot, this was changed in the rules at the start of the year as it previously stated "peg or firing line" which confused some shooters. It wasn't quite as clear in the format so we've ammended that but as usual all the changes since the start of the year have been highlighted in RED in the documents oavailable on the UKAHFT website
