Default Best scope for HFT ..

Would like to try an HFT shoot, I would like to know what is the best scope for HFT & target shooting at the local club, there that many to choose from, I do like the hawke range, the sidewinders and tacticals but are they not overkill.. Budget around 300...

I your a member of a club you need to try scopes in your price range. Most popular ones to get started in your price range (with some change) are

MTC viper (120-150)
EB sniper (180 ish s/h)
hawke sr6 (60- 120)

You also have bushnells, Tac 30 and Leup's.

All scopes suit different eyes.

Try before you buy.

Hope this helps

I use an EB sniper 10x42, very good glass and robust scope
you can get them second hand for about 180-210
