Default How many pellets should I be able to shoot?

Hi, I've got a BSA S10 mk3 .177. I've read that with a .22 I would be able to get around 200 pellets with 1 charge. How many should I get with a .177? I'm averaging around 90 before the power drops. Is this right or have I got a problem?

Friend of mine had a super 10 a few years ago in .177 flavour. I'm sure he got around 160 shots from a fill. Maybe you have a small leak somewhere.

Try looking up the manufacturers spec on the rifle, it might say how many shots you should get. Neil.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

Default Seal

You can buy a better quality o ring for the buddy bottle, and it's also an idea to smear of moly cot grease.
I think there are several type's of moly cot grease, so look at BSA site for conformation.
Welcome aboard
Simon
