Default Ginb stock..Awaiting Customs Charging??

Hey just woundering if anyone could help i'v orderd a stock from Ginb and been tracking it on the parcel force tracker its now come to the point its saying (Awaiting Customs Charging) is this normal as I'v never brought from over seas?

I had 2 stocks sent in Jan, last took only 4 day to my door with no customs duty or VAT

i have had about a dozen stocks from GINB for myself and club members, some get caught by customs and others dont. i think its probably 50/50 but there you go.

i had to pay customs... it was around 20 you have to ring up the parcel company n they can take payment over phone and send out usually within 48hrs.

If it says awaiting customs payment then you will recieve a letter telling yo how much you owe them. You can then pay on line or collect and pay on collection.

I just had a GinB stock caught in Customs. Took three weeks to get it at a cost of 22.50....

Yea I phoned them yesturday the charge is 21 still a joke but it should be hear by tuesday HOPFULLY lol
