Default rifle box

I can see why the box is banned, but would a simple fix not be just to screw a steel plate at the muzzle end?
Thought the video was an excellent advert for the sport, and with youtube getting ever more popular lot's of young en's will see it.
What a shame that they only got the hairbrushed version of MR Basset.
Any new comer's watching that sensible chap in the vid, will be in for a shock when they meet him in person

It must be said, Berty did have a isolated and sheltered childhood.
He still has a huge stikle-brick collection he plays with in the evenings. he's quite good at it, he can build a car with them now....with square wheels

My suggestion at the time was that the shooting glove be put over the end of the barrel . but it was turned down in case the glove fell off ??? HOLLY

The EFTA proposed metal muzzles for such, however the wording was changed to...

Quote:
3.5 When carrying a rifle it should be pointed up or down, unless in a closed case or bag. If carried in an open rifle carrier, the cocking lever/bolt shall at all times be in the open position.
The rules need going over again in my opinion.
