In the 90's I used to shoot twice a week and get through nearly a box of premiers a month.

Now I am lucky to shoot once a week on a Sunday, depends on work. Would prefer to go twice a week but I now shoot to a routine when I go. The day ends with a small group of us having a go round about 10 lanes trying to beat each other for best score.

The most important thing is to just have fun as I find it more relaxing to shoot that way. I, like most, am probably the worse critic with my performance.

I probably go up my club once a week (if that, not every week). I have a maximum of 60 shots in a normal practice session, unless shooting silhouettes when your filling the ground with lead
I see many people on a zero range go through a tin of pellets and not learn anything. Its not about what the amount of practice you have but the practice you do!!
