Just scanned over the us thread and can thinking about it the Americans don't have as many active air rifle shooters as we do in the UK simply because they can play with other forms of target shooting that makes bigger bangs and smoke much more easily than us brits. suppose its not a question of not wanting another form of airgun shooting the question perhaps is there a demand for it over there?

Just read a little more and it does seem there's confusion surrounding the origions
