Going back to the slings debate as per the original post, a couple of peeps have said the sling has to be attached to the gun at all times.
Section 10, iii, a. of the BFTA rules says, " A single rifle sling, separate or otherwise and/or butt hook are permitted as a means of steadying the aim."
This infers that the sling can be removed and added for different shots.
Could someone clarify this please?
