A vote wouldn't get neccessarily every member on it... and it's the regions that are members, not the shooters. There's only 9 votes on the BFTA. A poll can be done with ease... but it's not going to be representative. I can set one up if you like.
Besides, there still needs to be a proposal to vote on. So far there hasn't been one that held water. That may seem harsh, but every one so far that i've heard of has been able to have a bus driven through the loopholes, and legal advice would tell the BFTA you cannot introduce new restrictions on a disabled participant.
That leads me to think that if the disabled positions are to be removed, the BFTA needs to be disbanded. Then it can't be sued, the another organisation can be formed and it can have the rules it wants. Start afresh.
