it's a fault test... from what i've been told, if you aim at one and it does, it's likely to be broken...

however there are degrees of 'broken'... with me, if it'a really difficult and it fell over, then it will be deemed to be worthy of being pulled later. However if it's really easy and stuck more rigidly upright than a choir boy in a ***** house then it will be deemed fully working, directly proportional to how close the target is and how large the kill size was.
