I did it the old fashoined way; Bic biro, drop the pellets down the tube, note where they stop, sort the different sizes into batches, shoot the different sized batches to determine which suits the barrel best then just set the TR Robb adjustable sizer to that size. Simples Well not that simple , takes a few weeks to be honest.
The advantage of the adjustable sizer is that it's a tapered tube and doesn't just have set increments.. 4.48, 4.49 etc...
That's the way that the bench rest boys do it. I don't think there's any air rifle discipline where accuracy is more important.
