Put the gun in a bench rest table, and shoot at diferent ranges, 30yd, 40yd and 55yd, and then change the shooter, and make 2 or 3 groupings, in the same fill of the gun. If you refill the gun, after that you check again the cero or the near target group.

Myself and H see a difference of a 1/4 MOA or so between us with her rig, but she's shot with my rig and used my settings and come in with the same score.
Where my thoughts are going. Everything else is identical rifle/mounts/scope/pellets so the only thing that is different is with the shooter, however didnt expect to find a radical difference between shooters, maybe a learning there for me. Considering reshooting my settings to verify what I have found, then if ok shoot a course with them...
