All this arguing is pointless....if shooting bodies start to go down the route of deciding what should be used in competition it will just get silly, we'll end up banning someone from wearing trainers as there is the potential to slip & shoot someone or should we ban electronic Daystates in case the electronics affects someones pacemaker.

At the end of the day it's upto you as a shooter to decide whether or not to trust any piece of equipment made, that also includes cylinders & rifles made by the mainstream manufacturers. If you are purchasing a non standard piece of kit then it's worth going to someone with a good history of manufacturing these items, if you are in any doubt either ask to see proof of testing or don't buy from them.
