Exactly. You'll need a permit for each country, plus have talked to the ferry and train companies to see if they accept them...

Whilst I looked at the ferry, the times meant 2 days before and after to get from door to door...the flight was much cheaper and direct. Andy posted details about a much closer airport, but it could only be booked 6 months in advance.
