I tried both disabled positions today and I was able to shoot kneeling shots with a 100% improvement, ie I missed none and was much steadier than when taking them the normal way.

As for the disabled standing position that enabled me to get 75% of them, a vast improvement for me.

So after trying the disabled positions I would say that by using them I could improve my winter league scores by at least 3 hits.
Less is more.
